COST OF THE TRIP (Approximate) $565 per student

The Festival Package includes transportation costs, hotel, all meals, festival registration and admission to Busch Gardens.

This price is contingent upon having 42 students per bus and quad occupancy at the hotel. If this changes, the price of the trip may change.

PAYMENT SCHEDULE - THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT! I CANNOT PAY THE BILLS UNLESS YOU PAY ON TIME!

            First payment of $100 is due on November 1st

            Second Payment of $100 is due December 3rd.

            Third payment of $100 is due on January 7th.

            Fourth payment of $100 is due on February 11th.

            Final payment of $165 is due on March 7th

REHEARSAL SCHEDULE

Most groups meet in-school.  These are very important.

Some groups meet after-school and evenings.  All rehearsals are very important.

             You need to cooperate with the instructors in all groups throughout the rehearsal schedules.  It is expected that if you are involved with work that you will let your Employer know these dates in order to be at rehearsals.  If you are involved in a sport, you need to work out some time with us and your coach.  It should be a 50/50 situation.  We need to be clear on this.  We have responsibilities to the entire group, and it is impossible to rehearse, and work on interpretation without everyone present.   If you can not work out the schedule then you should consider not being a part of the Virginia Beach Trip.
