COST OF THE TRIP $1100 Students / $1065 Adult Triple Room / $1155 Adult Double Room

The Festival Package includes cost of plane, hotel, most meals (minus lunches), festival registration, admission to amusement parks, and a meal at Planet Hollywood.

This price is contingent upon having 120 students participating. If this changes, the price of the trip may change.

PAYMENT SCHEDULE - THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT! WE CANNOT PAY THE BILLS UNLESS YOU PAY ON TIME!

            Payment 1 is due on (or before) Wednesday, September 23rd: Students = $150 / Adult Triple = $115 / Adult Double = $205

Payment 2 is due on Thursday, October 1st: Students and Adults = $150

Payment 3 is due on Monday, November 2nd: Students and Adults = $200

Payment 4 is due on Tuesday, December 1st: Students and Adults = $200

Payment 5 is due on Monday, January 4th: Students and Adults = $200

Payment 6 is due on Monday, February 1st: Students and Adults = $200

REHEARSAL SCHEDULE

Most groups meet in-school.  These are very important.

Some groups meet after-school and evenings.  All rehearsals are very important.

             You need to cooperate with the instructors in all groups throughout the rehearsal schedules.  It is expected that if you are involved with work that you will let your Employer know these dates in order to be at rehearsals.  If you are involved in a sport, you need to work out some time with us and your coach.  It should be a 50/50 situation.  We need to be clear on this.  We have responsibilities to the entire group, and it is impossible to rehearse, and work on interpretation without everyone present.   If you can not work out the schedule then you should consider not being a part of the Virginia Beach Trip.
