***2011 Allentown Trip Payment Schedule***

 

COST OF THE TRIP (Approximate) $255 (Student Room Quad or Triple) - $250 (Adult Double) - $300 (Adult Single)

 

  • This is the Festival Package.  It includes transportation costs, hotel, two meals (Friday Dinner & Sat. Breakfast). This price is contingent upon having 45 students and 19 adults. If this changes, the price of the trip may change.

 

PAYMENT SCHEDULE - THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT! WE CANNOT PAY THE BILLS UNLESS YOU PAY ON TIME AND ADDITIONAL PENALTY CHARGES CAN BE ASSESSED!

 

1.      Payment 1 is due on Friday, September 23rd:    

   

                    Students = $100          Adults = $120

 

2.      Payment 2 is due on Tuesday, October 11th:      

 

                    Students = $155          Adults in Double Room = $150          Adults in Single Room = $195

 

Money in student accounts can be used by filling out a Somerset Friends of Music Credit Slip which requires both a student and parent signature
